I prefer to keep things simple.  New Year's Eve outfits have caused unbelievable amounts of stress in my life, as well as the lives of many of my girlfriends.  This year I advise you to work with what you have & keep the new purchases to a minimum.  If you have a 9-5 like me, you probably own seven variations of the basic black cardigan, & equal amounts of pencil skirts.  Pair one of those cardigans with a glam skirt, spice it up with some jewelry (& of course red lips!) & go dance the night away.
