If I won the lottery, I'd spend a decent portion of my loot at Oomph & then I'd bask in the glory of turquoise console tables & fire engine red barcarts.  Until then I'll just gaze longingly at these custom made goods available in sixteen different lacquer colors. Their pillows & tufted chairs are also to die for.

The Fenwick table would be such a great addition to a summer home. Hopefully Oomph designers will design a Chatham table or a Fire Island table....

There is no way to accurately describe my delight as I previewed the Society Social magalog a week shy of the release of Roxy from My Cup of Te's new furniture / home accents line.  I.Want.Everything. - & not in an obligatory "I should support a fellow blogger" way - but in a "I am SWOONING over these chairs / barcarts / tables / colors / designs / aesthetics". Roxy is equal parts genius, bold, & creative - a true entrepreneuress (at a young age too!). I was even more pleased to see Melanie Duncan's (The Iconic Blog) line of Luxury Monograms (formerly blogged about here) making a cameo in the spread.  A Society Social chippendale chair with a Luxury Monogram pillow is major.  Here's a preview below, & for the rest please head to Society Social

Christian Siriano + Brad Walsh

I meant to blog about C.Siriano & B.Walsh's Chelsea apartment a long long time ago. A dance studio - turned apartment possessing vast amounts of charm & natural light made me ridiculously jealous. My office borders Chelsea in NYC - & there is so much to love about the neighborhood. I was not surpised to hear Christian & his beau chose this neighborhood for their new pad, & even more hopeful the stars would align & I would randomly run into them (sadly yet to happen). Christian's interview with Refinery29 was as comical as his on-camera time in Project Runway.  Epically fierce.

Mirror Mirror On The Wall

Without a shadow of a doubt - I am coveting & obsessing over antique mirrors.  Not the mirrors whose frames are tarnished brass showing years of wear & tear, but the mirrors themselves.  A few months ago  while dining with girlfriends at Sugar Factory in Las Vegas, I could barely pay attention to my meal as I was so transfixed on the oversized antiqued mirrors that adorned the walls.  I currently have a large (4 ft x 3ft) regular plain old boring (as any mirror that isn't antiqued is now boring) mirror hanging over my bed that I am thinking of DIY antiquing.  Any readers have any tips for doing this? I found this DIY how-to to be the most detailed - however I am not sold on spraypainting the back of the mirror gold...

Lilly Pulitzer Furniture

I am eagerly anticipating the long-awaited release of Lilly Pulitzer's newest venture: furniture & fabrics.  While I tend to stray away from lime greens & hot pinks, I cannot help but wish to incorporate a piece or two into my new NYC pad to add some color & vibrancy.  The 200+ piece collection will offer traditional shapes, but adding colorful twists to mid century classics.  I can already feel the juicy lacquered furniture with the iconic upholstery!

I am drooling over the Devon & Devon bathrooms.  Made with the most superior craftsmanship & exquisite materials, it is mere matter of time before I start aching for a D&D bathroom / dressing room.  Let's face it, the bathroom/vanity/closet area of a home is a woman's sanctuary.  Devon & Devon mixes a modern flair with classic elements like the clawfoot tub.  Swoon. I am in love!
