Gifts For The Mrs.

As if I needed an excuse to squeeze a shot of peonies on here!  Anyone have any suggestions for cute bridal gifts?  There seems to be a hole in the market for Mr. & Mrs. goods ....or perhaps I'm not looking in the right spots.  I bought my girlfriend Meghan this {necklace} to wear on her honeymoon, I wish I could post a picture of how great it looks on - understated & chic.  I wish there was more in the marketplace!

Wedding season is in full blown force.  I have seen some gorgeous wedding attire, & a few not-so-chic bridesmaid dresses.  The age old question still exists, how to choose dresses that are current & fashionable, but won't make you cringe 20 years down the road?  I was blown away by Amsale's latest bridesmaid dress collection, please note - I am not (I repeat), not in favor of the makeup.

Weddin' Season

I have 5 weddings this summer/fall & am in need of some serious dresses for the pending nuptials!  My plan is to invest in 4-5 reasonably priced dresses & one or two pairs of shoes to go with all of them. Can it be done? I honestly thought it was impossible...until I strolled into Nordstrom's last weekend. They have a number of gorgeous dresses that are reasonably priced - unheard of (at least in my recent experience).  I always take inspiration from S&TC. Weddings are a time to wear flirty, flowy, silk chiffon dresses with ruffles & florets....or bright jeweltones (please no horrible cheap satin!!)
